Piadina is a thin flat bread from Emilia Romagna in central-northern Italy. It is made with very basic ingredients: water, wheat flour and fat, which in our version is extra virgin olive oil. Piadina is one of the most common street food in Italy, because it is perfect to be filled with a variety of cheeses, cured meat and vegetable and it is eaten like a sandwich.
