“Salsiccia a punta di coltello” is a type of sausage from the south of Italy. Its name means “tip of the knife sausage” because the meat was traditionally minced with a knife.
Our homemade Italian “Salsiccia” is seasoned in the most classic way: fennel seeds, salt, pepper and a good glass of white wine. The lovely taste and texture of this sausage makes it perfect for barbeques, but also for pasta sauces and amazing stews.
We also make a spicy version of this beauty.
Nonna’s lab suggests to eat them with a nice slice of our “Pane casereccio”.
