Cantucci are crunchy almond biscuits from the city of Prato (Tuscany). Traditionally they are served at the end of the meal with a glass of Tuscan dessert wine (Vin Santo), for dipping but you can also serve them with tea or coffee.
Cantucci can be stored for a few weeks if kept in a sealed container and they are one of the most appreciated homemade gifts during the Christmas period.
