'Arrabiata' sauce

“Arrabiata” is a spicy pasta sauce originally from Lazio region, in Central Italy. The name “arrabbiata” (literally “angry”) derives from the fact that when you eat this sauce your face may get red as if you were particularly mad. The ingredients for this sauce are very basic: tomato, garlic, parsley and chilly.
