Mezze maniche

Mezze maniche is originally from central-northern Italy. The name "mezze maniche" in Italians means "short sleeves". The shape of this pasta looks like short rigatoni: a stout cylinder with raised edges to help hold sauce. 

Nonna's Lab suggests to combine Mezze Maniche with either summer sauces based on fresh and light ingredients, or rich and meat sauces
