Paccheri is a traditional Napolitan pasta, which has the shape of a very large tube. The name "paccheri" comes from the dialectal word "paccheria", which means "slaps". The name has been ascribed to a slapping sounds that this pasta makes when eaten.

Nonna's Lab suggests to combine paccheri with seafood sauce accompanied by fresh cherry tomatoes.
