Ricotta & spinach cannelloni

Ricotta and spinach cannelloni are the most common vegetarian alternative to lasagna. Cannelloni are made with a lasagna sheet, filled with ricotta, spinach, parmesan, egg, nutmeg, salt and pepper and then rolled to form a short wide tube (cannelloni literally means “large reeds”). Once cannelloni are filled, they are covered with béchamel sauce and baked.

  • egg pasta: wheat flour, durum wheat flour, eggs;
  • béchamel sauce: milk (butter), wheat flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg;
  • milk (ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano), spinach, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg. 


Please keep the product refrigerated. Suitable to be frozen.
