Spaghetti alla chitarra

Spaghetti alla chitarra are from Abruzzo, Central Italy. The name "alla chitarra" comes from the tool used to make it, which looks like a chitarra ("guitar"). This cut of pasta looks like spaghetti, but it has a square shape. 

Nonna's Lab suggests to combine spaghetti alla chitarra with rich meat sauces like bolognese.
