Gorgonzola is the most famous and loved Italian blue cheese. It comes from the regions of Lombardia and Piemonte and it's made with cow milk. The edible mold gives a rich flavor to this wonderful, creamy cheese.
We love Gorgonzola in every possible way: it's incredibly creamy and so, amazing for pasta sauces and even sauces for your steaks and meat in general, but it's also great spread on a slice of bread and, why not, with a slice of freshly sliced Speck.
We slice all our charcuterie freshly when ordered to keep the flavors at their best, just like in every real Italian "Salumeria"
