Pecorino Pepato

Pecorino Pepato it's a very common cheese in Italy. it's produced in all the peninsula and it's made with sheep milk and whole grains of pepper inside.

This cheese is another must on every "aperitivo", but it's also perfect on a slice of bread or with some jam or honey.
