Pecorino Sardo is produced in Sardinia with only sheep milk. The "Maturo" version of this cheese, the one we choose to have in our selection, is aged more than 2 months and presents itself with a yellow crust and a light yellow color inside. The flavor is rich and strong and sometimes could end up tasting slightly spicy.
We love this cheese in our "aperitivo". Actually, it's a must. Once you'll try it, you'll love it.
We slice all our charcuterie freshly when ordered to keep the flavors at their best, just like in every real Italian "Salumeria"
