This of "salame" comes from Lombardia in the North of Italy. It's made with mostly pork meat, sometimes with the addition of beef too and spices. The meat is finely minced and with the fat well distributed. The flavor is delicate and sweet-ish.
This "salame" is amazing for a beautiful panino or for an "aperitivo" with friends, but it goes also well in sauces for your pasta dishes.
