Taleggio is a cheese made with cow milk and presents itself with a soft, pink-ish crust. It's produced in the North of Italy, precisely in Piemonte, Lombardia, and Veneto. Taleggio has a nice and rich aromatic flavor, with a strong smell that sometimes reminds of truffle.
