Burrata with roasted vegetable salad and pesto

Try our fresh special starter for the Easter period, made with Burrata (one of the most loved cheeses in the world) and locally growned vegetables that are roasted and then seasoned with extravergine olive oil, salt, parsley and garlic. The dish is then finished with a touch of our homemade Pesto.
 

This starter it's also fantastic as a vegetarian aperitivo, eaten with our focaccia Pugliese or our Schiacciata.

 

INGREDIENTS: Burrata (milk), peppers, courgettes, aubergine, pesto [basil, milk (Pecorino Romano cheese), nuts (pine nuts), olive oil, garlic, salt]
